March of 2006 is when I purchased my first poker related domain.  Since then I have come so far in terms of learning what works and what doesn’t.  I won’t even tell you the domain name in fear that you might look it up in archives.org.

If you want to read a detailed story about how I got started in this business then  read this article on  Poker Affiliate World.  It was written in May 2007 so here is a brief update(as of Nov 2, 2007).  I still work as a valet, but only until January 1st, 2008.  At this point I am going to venture into  affiliate marketing full time.  When I say full time I mean that it will be the only thing I do for money.  I already work on this stuff enough to be considered full time, but there is  something  about not having to be at work at certain times every week that just excites me.   The freedom of not being tied down is what I am after.

While poker is my main niche, I am going to be diversifying my portfolio of sites soon with a few non-gambling sites.

This blog is here as a resource to help people along as they get started with poker affiliate programs. The information I post comes from my personal experiences and is by no means “the law”. The game is always changing as more and more players join. If you enjoy what I write, you should read around all of the poker and casino affiliate forums. The forums are a great resource and have helped/still help me progress greatly.

All of my writing comes from my own experience and advice that successful affiliates have given me along the way.
